Financial Administrator

With 20 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and a proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), Mark Pennington is dedicated to fostering both individual wellness and professional development within the massage therapy community. After earning an Associate of Applied Science in Massage Therapy from Columbus State Community College in 2004, he developed a deep passion for healing and supporting the physical and mental well-being of his clients.

Currently serving as the Financial Administrator (FA) for the AMTA Ohio Chapter, Mark applies his expertise in massage therapy to help manage the chapter’s financial health while continuing to advocate for the profession and its members. His commitment to leadership extends beyond his professional work—he also serves as the head coach of a local YMCA swim team and as president of the swim league, channeling his love for teamwork and community engagement into supporting youth athletes.

Outside of work and coaching, Mark enjoys spending time with his family. His wife helps keep life balanced while their four energetic boys keep the household active. Their oldest is completing his freshman year at the Florida Institute of Technology, studying Aerospace Engineering, while the younger three stay busy with sports including football, swimming, baseball, and track.
